Nameshi Pasta with Muscles and Wild Vegetables

1 clove Garlic
1 Red Pepper
1 tablespoon Mishima Nameshi no Moto (Prepared Greens Mix)
100g (3.5 oz.) Muscles
50g. (1.8 oz.) Sanzai (Edible Wild Vegetables) store-bought
To Taste

Salad Oil, Soy Sauce (usu-kuchi/lightly-flavored), Sake, Nori (Seaweed), minced

Preparation

1. Boil pasta to desired firmness.
2. Pour salad oil into a frying pan, and heat. Add garlic and red pepper. When you smell the aroma of the garlic and red pepper, remove them from the pan.
3. Add the muscles and sake. When the clams open, remove them from the pan.
4. Next, stir-fry the pasta, Nameshi no Moto and sanzai. When cooked, add soy sauce for flavor.
5. Put pasta on a plate, top generously with muscles, sprinkel with minced nori and serve.
